Job Description:
Quality Control Technicians to support critical lab operations and product testing in a highly regulated, FDA-compliant environment. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on wet lab experience and a strong foundation in microbiology or chemistry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products following SOPs and cGMP requirements.
- Conduct visual inspections, environmental monitoring, and sample collection.
- Support method validations and verifications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Review testing data and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Initiate and support non-conformance investigations and lab investigations.
- Follow PPE and safety protocols in a controlled laboratory environment.
- Perform endotoxin testing and other microbiological assays as needed
- Routine testing for Finished Product, In-process and Incoming raw material testing with minimal supervision
- Collaborating in a fast-paced team environment and maintain accurate documentation of testing performed
- Data entry of results obtained.
- Prepping buffers / solutions for testing
- Lab cleaning and environmental monitoring
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or Microbiology, or related scientific field.
- 1-2 years of industry experience in an FDA-regulated or GMP environment. (ideally from medical device, biotech, pharma)
- Preferred, 1 years of work experience with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
- Experience in wet lab techniques. Environmental monitoring, and/or endotoxin testing is a huge plus.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and compliance practices.
Hourly wage of $18-$23. Must pass a background check prior to hire. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K, holidays, and paid time off after qualified employment term.
