About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing & Events Specialist to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic marketing initiatives while managing trade show event logistics. You'll work closely with our Director of Marketing to drive impactful campaigns and ensure seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Show Logistics: Coordinate shipping, inventory, billing, sponsorships, and on-site setup for events.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social platforms and small-scale marketing initiatives.
- Lead Management: Ensure leads are tracked and distributed effectively to campaigns.
- Project Management: Support planning and execution of marketing projects and events.
- Data Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Administrative Support: Assist with routine tasks, scheduling, and team coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
- 3 years of relevant marketing experience, including event logistics.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRMs such as Salesforce.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused team player with a knack for problem-solving.
