Your new responsibilities
- Trains, instructs, oversees and relieves associates whenever needed.
- Ensures compliance with Plant Safety practices and quality.
- Trouble shoots daily operations to resolve problems.
- Encourages teamwork among work groups and communicates effectively.
- Works to achieve continuous improvements and updates work instructions.
- Maintains cycle counts and SAP records.
1st shift Section 6:30am-3pm
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
$0.50 / hour raise after 6-month successful review
Who we are looking for
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Preferred experience in a leadership role
- Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the job
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, and time oriented
