Responsibilities
- Roofing Installation and Repair:
- Install and repair various types of commercial roofing systems, including tile, foam, hot, built-up, and single-ply roofing (TPO, PVC, EPDM).
- Prepare the work area by removing old roofing materials, cleaning the roof surface, and repairing any underlying structural issues.
- Install roofing materials, such as insulation, membranes, flashings, and shingles, according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Perform waterproofing and sealing tasks to ensure the integrity and longevity of the roofing system.
- Safety and Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow industry best practices and company standards to deliver high-quality roofing installations and repairs.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify that work meets established standards and specifications.
- Identify and report any issues or deficiencies in roofing systems, materials, or installations.
- Documentation and Communication:

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Team player attitude is a must.
- Ability to climb a 40-foot ladder and lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary : $25 - $30
