Ospri is looking for a personable, detail-oriented Client Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and help ensure every client interaction reflects the quality and professionalism our customers expect. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to questions about products, services, orders, billing, and account status in a timely, professional manner
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
- Accurately document client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM or ticketing system
- Process orders, updates, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policy
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce future client friction
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, satisfaction scores)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM software, ticketing systems, and standard office software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management systems[CRM/Helpdesk Software, e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot]
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
