Thrift Store Manager

About Us:
Osprey Village is a nonprofit building a supportive community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our thrift stores fund our mission and serve the local community. We’re seeking an energetic Thrift Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and foster a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and cash management
- Lead and train employees and volunteers
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store appearance
- Manage pricing, merchandising, and donation processing
- Drive store marketing and promotional efforts
- Ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies
Qualifications:
- 2 years of retail management experience (thrift or nonprofit retail preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Passion for community service and Osprey Village’s mission
