Branch Administrator
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy branch. This position plays a key role in employee onboarding, payroll support, customer service, reporting, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle onboarding, including new hire paperwork, Form I-9 completion, and E-Verify.
- Maintain employee records and process personnel changes.
- Support payroll by reviewing timecards, tracking PTO, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Process invoices, receipts, expense reports, and other accounting-related documents.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain employee, customer, and job information in company software.
- Assist with contracts, proposals, work orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies, uniforms, and other branch administrative needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service while supporting branch leadership and field employees.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction, landscaping, or another fast-paced service environment.
- Experience with full-cycle onboarding, including Form I-9 and E-Verify.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including:
- Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas)
- Word
- Outlook
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with payroll support and employee record management is preferred.
- Experience with Aspire or similar ERP/business management software is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) .
