JOB SUMMARYThe primary responsibilities of the Associate – Financial Operations (Associate) are to assist in maintaining the integrity of client and financial institution (FI) accounts and ADM internal systems by accurately and efficiently inputting, editing, and reconciling transactions.DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCompletes daily operational activities, including: Client/FI transaction posting, CD interest posting, funds movement requests, etc. via ADM’s proprietary database.Uploads/releases ACH files, wire transfers and funds movements.Completes FI/client account maintenance.Completes monthly operational activities, including: reconcilement of FI statements, client statement rendering.Images and files ADM documents and reports.Ensures compliance with ADM policies and procedures.Performs other duties as assigned by manager.Demonstrates professional conduct at all times and interacts in a positive manner with co-workers, clients, and business partners.Participates in ongoing professional development and training programs to further develop knowledge and skills.Espouses ADM’s 4 Core Values, 16 Professional Practices, and Quality Standards as outlined in ADM’s Performance Culture Guide.KEY FACTORS FOR SUCCESS – FINANCIAL OPERATIONSAttention to detail.Deep understanding of all crucial financial operations necessities at ADM.Exemplary competency in all ADM processes, procedures, and bank related activity.Exceptional dedication to a control environment.Exceptional dedication to client interests.Exceptional dedication to 100% accuracy and completion within company deadlines.Working knowledge of all laws and regulations pertaining to ADM’s work.Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace.Demonstrated dedication to professional development.Mastery of fundamentals in banking transactions.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
