Job Description
Oso Pest Control is a fast-growing, family-owned pest control company serving South Orange County. We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.
If you enjoy talking to people, working outdoors, and want the opportunity to earn strong commissions, this is a great fit. No experience required — we provide full training.
Note: Must obtain a California Branch 2 Field Representative License prior to start date (we cover the cost).
What You’ll Do
- Knock doors in South Orange County neighborhoods
- Introduce Oso Pest Control services to homeowners
- Provide quotes and sign up new customers
- Track leads and follow up as needed
- Work closely with a supportive sales manager
- Represent the company with professionalism and energy
Compensation
- High commission structure monthly bonuses
- 6-week draw available for first-year reps
- Daily and weekly performance incentives
Top performers earn $65,000 – $95,000 in a 16-week summer season

Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 12:30 PM – Dark
- Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Seasonal: April 27 – August 28
- Full-time (part-time available for experienced candidates)
