What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Support Coordinator position at Osmose Inc.?
Osmose Utilities is currently seeking a Training & Support Coordinator will lead training and assist with support of new hires and existing employees. Specific responsibilities will vary based on the assignment(s) provided by the Supervisor Delivery Systems. Projects assigned will involve working on a range of services and functions.
Responsibilities:
· New employee training on production tools and processes.
· Training existing employees on various tools and Delivery processes and procedures.
· Create new documentation and Training classes.
· Maintain existing documentation.
· Coordination of system support meetings and Q&A sessions.
· Provide second level systems support and troubleshooting on data processing issues.
· Triage second level support issues and escalate as needed.
· Provide technical assistance to the Buffalo Project Delivery Group relative to project setups, data processing, customer deliverables and invoices.
· Review existing processes and systems for effectiveness and efficiency. This includes documenting steps to reproduce automated and manual processes.
· Review and evaluate existing processes for effectiveness and efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Adhere to quality assurance standards.
· Follow standard procedures, and processes including the use of required checklists.
· Contribute to other projects and plans, not specifically noted above, to achieve the goals of the Company.
Requirements:
· Experience using Production Portal is a plus but not required
· 3 or more year years working in a business environment is a plus but not required.
· Solid understanding of the concepts of databases
· Ability to learn processes, procedures and software independently and quickly
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Proficiency in Microsoft computer software to include Access, Excel and Word.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with a professionally aggressive work style.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Highly organized and detail oriented.

· Ability to travel up to 5% as requested.
