Our Biosciences unit is a small, fast-moving team sitting at the intersection of neuropsychiatry, data, and commercial strategy — and this hire will be one of the first few people building it out. You'll have direct exposure to biopharma partners and executive leadership from your first month, and the scope of what you own will expand quickly — from contributing to workstreams, to owning them outright, to eventually shaping the direction of an engagement.
