Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Sales Specialist position based in multiple locations in Central Pennsylvania. The Sales Specialist will engage customers, deliver tailored brand experiences, and drive sales by effectively promoting products and services. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, identifying sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the retail team to create a positive in-store experience. Additional tasks include staying updated on product knowledge and attending ongoing training sessions to refine both selling and service skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including proficiency in listening, building rapport, and resolving customer inquiries.
- Proven ability in Sales and identifying and closing sales opportunities to meet or exceed set targets.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members, with the ability to share product knowledge effectively.
- Familiarity with Sales Management principles, including maintaining organized sales records and reporting performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to evolving customer needs.
- Previous experience in a sales or retail role is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
