What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Operator position at OSI USA Danvers?
As part of our production team, our Production Associates and Utility Operators are responsible for overseeing the critical process of creating our product from casting, forming, and operating the furnaces. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our output and production and take ownership of your part of the process.
Responsibilities:
Operates equipment for production/processing operation.
Measures and checks raw materials or parts to ensure product manufactured contains proper components, ingredients and quantities.
Monitors controls to ensure machinery is running at proper levels during process, reporting malfunctions.
Maintains records and manufacturing environment to comply with regulatory requirements.
Maintain 5S and safety standards across all work areas

Qualifications:
No prior manufacturing experience required
Ability to prioritize
Attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot equipment, and report equipment faults to the supervisor or team lead
Capable of performing physical activities that might involve one to stoop, crouch, bend at waist, and lift up to 25lbs.
