Production Packaging Operator
* Package automotive lamps into final consumer packaging in a fast-paced, production environment.
* Inspect products for quality and safely operate packaging and production equipment.
* Remain on your feet for extended periods, including standing, walking, bending, lifting throughout the shift.
* Good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity required to handle small components and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
* Lift up to 50 lbs., move quickly, and support material handling and production flow as needed.
* Operate or attend all assigned equipment, tooling, and associated devices to achieve optimum production.
* Make minor adjustments to the equipment when applicable.
* Perform 100% and visual inspection, as assigned, using established methods, procedures, and standards to meet acceptable quality levels
* Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of assigned area (s) and observe company policies at all times.

Qualifications.
No prior manufacturing experience required
Must be able to stand, stretch, bend, reach, and twist
Must be able to lift at least 25lbs on your own.
