OSI Systems is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team. This individual will perform various day-to-day General Ledger accounting functions, reconciliation, and reporting activities.

OSI Systems is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team. This individual will perform various day-to-day General Ledger accounting functions, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform General Ledger and Fixed Assets Accounting responsibilities.
- Perform monthly Reconciliations for Balance Sheet and P&L items.
- Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations, reconcile banks, Fixed Assets, Analyze/reconcile all Accounts Payable Accounts; research and address problem issues.
- Work with cross entities staff such as AR/AP/Cost Accounting/Treasury/Shared Services/Audit(internal/external) to close monthly financials. Calling Vendors to confirm banking information.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
- High school diploma required. AS degree in Accounting desired.
- Experience with computer systems as well as PC’s required.
- Excellent communication including oral and written skills required.
- D365, Navision or other OLAP skills are a plus.
- Strong data management skills desired.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
