Job Description:
A global consumer device company is field-testing prototype and existing wearables with a team of fitness experts and engineers.
The role
Perform walk, hike, run, cycle, and swim tests while wearing prototype and existing devices, then identify and report any device issues. Typical schedule is 3 days/24 hrs per week, up to 5 days/40 hrs.
Minimum qualifications
- 5 years as a fitness trainer
- BS in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, or related field
- Able to walk, hike, and run 4–6 miles daily, plus cycle and swim
- Comfortable operating iOS and Android devices and following test documentation
- Available for occasional team travel (up to 1 week)

- Athlete background
- Experience post-processing device logs
- Field test device prep: physical setup, software installs, upkeep
- Business owner with a website
