OSI Engineering is seeking a New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager to support our client’s worldwide Audio Operations team.
In this role, you will help launch innovative products on time, with strong quality, and with maximum customer availability. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, OEM partners, supply chain teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive development builds, product ramps, and launch readiness.

Responsibilities:
- Lead our client and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations teams in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps.
- Drive ramp readiness across Engineering, Operations, OEM, and supply chain teams.
- Communicate requirements, schedules, risks, and readiness updates to support technical and operational execution.
- Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness while balancing cost, flexibility, and quality.
- Manage communication up, down, and across the organization, ensuring key issues, risks, and options are clearly presented for resolution.
- Facilitate action, remove roadblocks, and help resolve cross-functional conflicts in support of successful product launches.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven.
- Strong program/project management skills with the ability to manage schedules, priorities, and competing needs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence teams at multiple levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Operations, OEMs, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing teams.
- 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management preferred.
- Experience supporting new product introduction, product ramps, or manufacturing readiness is a plus.
Education:
- MS or MBA preferred.
