WOOD DOOR DETAILER

Applicants must have wood door detailing and estimating work experience from an architectural door, frame, or hardware manufacturer or distributor.

Position is located in Oshkosh, WI

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Essential Job Functions:

· Read basic hardware templates to determine machining requirements and fire label requirements

· Identify issues with orders and provide solutions or corrections

· Communicate with customers to resolve conflicts between customer requests and state and federal building codes and regulations

· Complete orders efficiently, accurately, and on time to meet scheduled delivery requirements

· Process orders and allocate materials

· Verify data integrity before order is released to production

· Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others

· Process order revisions and suggest alternative products when appropriate

· Build and maintain customer relationships

· Assist the Claims Department in resolving customer complaints and special requests

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Detailing and estimating experience of 2 – 5 years for an architectural door, frame, or hardware manufacturer or distributor

· Associate degree or higher

· Microsoft Office Suite Experience as well as Salesforce

· AS400 and CAD experience a plus

· High level of accuracy and detail orientation

· Ability to think through customer requests

· Highly organized

· Able to comprehend complex topics
