Are you a night owl but don’t like to work weekends? Come join Oshkosh Door Company! We are looking to expand our second shift with exceptional new talent.
Hours: For Second Shift: Monday – Thursday from 3:00 pm – 1:00 am with voluntary Fridays and Saturdays for overtime. Training might need to be completed on First Shift.
Positions available on 2nd Shift:
- Glue Line Operator
- Core Line Operator
- Sander Operator
- Door Saw Operator
- Finishing Line
Pay: $20.00 plus $0.75 shift differential with an opportunity for an increase after 60 days.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Physical ability to work on feet for 10-hour shift and lift regularly
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with others
- Takes initiative
- Experience using hand and power tools (depending on the position)
- Accurate measurement skills to 1/32”
- Manufacturing / General Labor experience a plus
