- 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am $19/HR

Requirements:
- Don't mind getting dirty
- Have a stable work history
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds without assistance, and greater weights rarely with help.
- Math skills required: Read and write with decimals and fractions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the time.
- Ability to walk, stand, and move safety around equipment, parts, and/or machinery.
- The ability to observe details at close range.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in all situations in English.
- Able to pass a Drug screen and background check
Overview:
We are seeking dedicated secondary operators to join our team at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge. This role reports to the shift supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in various tasks within the manufacturing facility, such as heat treat, powder coat, Paint dip lines, packing, part sorting, grinding and other misc. secondary spring operations.
- Use hand tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Support the production team by following instructions and measuring for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Experience:
- Although prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing facility, or factory setting is preferred, we will train the right applicants.
- Familiarity with working around forklifts and operating machinery is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Math skills required: Read and write with decimals and fractions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
