Human Resources opportunity located in Tempe, AZ

On-site position; 5 days a week

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our HR team and support our onsite team in Tempe, AZ.

You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including local hourly production recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a production environment and is passionate about helping employees thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Provide internal support and partner with functional managers to deliver the required human resources services and solutions that align with business goals.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Manage employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support Operation Leader with health and safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
• Support HR leadership with various projects, including policy updates, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS - ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000
