Expected pay for this position is $38.75 - $45.59/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Special Project Manager serves in a position to support the mission and priorities of OSF. The Project Manager will provide key administrative, management, and programmatic support for projects throughout their lifecycle. Projects will be selected based on evolving OSF Ministry priorities and have a focus on value creation and healthcare system integration.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
5 years of progressively responsible professional experience
Other skills/knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Degree with a focus in health care administration, business.
Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field.
Other requirements/information:
- Strong project management skills; experience managing ad hoc teams across internal and external partners and driving the team to timely results.
- Highly effective use of reliable research sources and data analysis.
- Excellent relationship manager and communicator - able to work seamlessly with all levels of employees & third parties in a variety of business scenarios to create consensus.
- Strong team player; creating a strong sense of commitment and taking pride in setting objectives and meeting milestones.
