Pay range for this position is $32.61 - $49.28/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
This is an 11/12 Weekend position
**Eligible for $9,000 Sign on Bonus with 2 years of RN experience - two-year work commitment to OSF Saint Elizabeth - external candidates**
**Sign on Bonus with less than 2 years RN exp - $3,000 with two-year work commitment to OSF Saint Elizabeth - external candidates**
**$3.25 Weekend Differential**
POSITION SUMMARY: Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with Providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination acrosss the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psycyhological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assinged team members, promotes best practices and maintains professional disposition at all times. Will be scheduled and required to work 11 out of every 12 weekends. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licenses/Certifications:RN-Registered Nurse American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: BSN Experience: Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft applicaiton basic proficiency
