Pay range for this position is $43.60 - $59.17/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: Promotes and exemplifies the mission and values of The Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis and supports the goals of OSF HealthCare System; utilizes the nursing process and the standards of nursing care in the delivery of patient care; manages assigned personnel and promotes collaboration among the allied services; completes other duties under the direction of the department supervisor.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: • Must be licensed as a REGISTERED NURSE in the State of Illinois. • Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS, CPR or approved equivalent (must include infant through adult, one and two-man rescuer, use of AED, and choking with hands-on CPR skills, return demonstration and must be by HR) completed prior to employment.
EDUCATION: • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. • BSN or must sign an agreement to be enrolled in a BSN program 18 months after hire date and obtain BSN within 6 years of hire date
EXPERIENCE: • 2 years OR RN experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: • CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) • CRNFA (Certified Nurse First Assist)
