Expected pay for this position is $53.71 - $71.16/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Education and Research Scientist is responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, and teaching within the advanced practice fellowship program and nursing educational programs for OSF HealthCare.
This position will identify, develop, and support clinical and nursing research and develop a plan for the LLC nursing implementation for the two college of nursing programs.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Doctorate
Licenses/Certifications:
-APN-Advanced Practice RN Registered Nurse in current state
Experience:
-Demonstrated knowledge of nursing research with greater than 5 years of experience
-Proven ability to develop and publish research 7 years of clinical operational experience
-3 years of progressively more complex work-related experience including formal or informal teaching
Other skills/knowledge:
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
