Expected pay for this position is $25.10 - $29.54/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Physician and APP Staffing Analyst creates, reviews, and balances work schedules within the service line. Maintains accurate records of provider's schedules and attendance including CME, PTO, and sick allocations. Completes all duties associated with achieving a balanced schedule and filling Physician and APP staffing needs consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner. Operates as first line of support for service line regarding physician and APP staffing, scheduling and attendance.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Associates degree or high school diploma and 3 years experience in scheduling and/or payroll.
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Experience performing mathematical calculations and extensive use of Excel Project management experience.
