Expected pay for this position is $29.01 - $34.13/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the efforts of multiple projects related to the department. Wiill assist with the coordination of specific project tasks within project workplans, develop content (e.g. documents, presentations, etc.), and track / report appropriate metrics. Assists in designing, implementing, and coordinating standard documentation templates and tools for the activities of the department. Provides timely and accurate reporting of project performance metrics, including progress and outcomes. Assists in leading the efforts for specified programs, connecting with key external and internal stakeholders and establishing goals, objectives, and success metrics for the programs. The Project Coordinator standardizes project mapping. The Project Coordinator will work with key stakeholders to establish goals, objectives, metrics to define project success, as well as corresponding budgets to submit for approval.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in business, communication, marketing, sales, or healthcare related field
Experience:
- Two years’ experience coordinating projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- One year experience with presenting information, or providing instruction to groups
- Excellent communication, collaboration, team building and relationship management skills
- A moderate degree of creativity, self-initiative and discretion
• Ability to regularly and timely travel between various sites
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent oral communication and writing skills; good public presentation skills
• Must be able to develop proficiency with reporting tools as defined by department
