What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager Construction Services position at OSF HealthCare?
Expected pay for this position is $47.19 - $55.52/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: Supports the standard work processes for construction administration for OSF Facilities Management and Construction division. Reviews and reports on funding, scheduling and KPI reporting of all OSF construction projects. Serves as the construction subject matter expert for clinical and non-clinical capital project. Provides program support to all divisions of Ministry Services, campus administrators, contractors and consultants on issues related to construction. Serves as the liaison to OSF key stakeholder departments on funding, timing and capital commitments relating to construction.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Facilities, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
- Experience: 5 years of construction experience.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Experience in healthcare construction.
