Expected pay for this position is $44.77 - $52.67/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Compliance Program Manager is responsible for the overall management and success of the compliance effectiveness program including development and delivery of inter-related initiatives that cross division and entity boundaries. Directs constant improvement of compliance program functions by partnering with leaders, streamlining processes, reducing redundancy, collaborating on solutions, evaluating trends and measuring results. Ensures objectives are achieved within the agreed upon scope, budget and timeline, as well as risk tolerance and resource levels. The Program Manager functions as a process and technical expert with a high level proficiency in healthcare compliance and business process measurement, performance assessment, innovative approaches, project scoping, and project oversight.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in compliance, audit, healthcare or business.
- 3 years’ experience directing and managing multiple projects, using Performance Improvement or Project Management methods and tools.
Other skills/ knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery, project and program management, performance improvement methodologies (e.g. RIM, Lean, DMAIC, DMEDI, etc.), basic budgeting, and healthcare regulation/legislation.
- Ability to create professional-level, effective and engaging resources using Microsoft PowerPoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare.
- Experience: Management experience is desirable.
