Expected pay for this position is $42.64 - $56.50/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager Graphic Solutions is responsible for the daily operation and human resource management of the Graphic Solutions division and assists leadership with strategy for facility, equipment, and resource planning, development and standards.
*Requires occasional travel to Peoria, IL*
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree and 3 years working in graphics, manufacturing or related areas OR High School diploma and 8 years of graphics, manufacturing or related areas experience in lieu of a degree, 3 of which must be in a leadership role.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Ability to lead several projects at a time with strong organizational skills and judgement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Formal leadership experience.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of the signage, recognition, and promotional products industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of the signage specifications defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, with the ability to research, interpret and apply to projects.
