Pay for this position is $16.83/hour. Plus $1.00 for Lead. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for leading & overseeing activities of Environmental Services Techs, providing a safe environment within a facility achieved by a reduction of microorganisms, for the benefit of patients, visitors, and Mission Partners. While executing the assigned tasks, the Lead EVS Tech will have contact with patients and their family/loved ones. Contact may include physical, psychological, educational, and safety related and should be appropriate to the specific demographics of patients served in assigned service areas. Accepts Supervisory responsibilities as requested and assists with coordinating hospital throughput and efficiency as it relates to timely and quality-driven patient room cleans.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 1 year Environmental Services Experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 1 year experience as a Floor Care Technician Prior lead experience Licensure/Certifications: CHEST Certification, preferred
