What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer II position at OSF HealthCare?
Incumbent will need to attend onsite meetings twice a year at OSF Ministry Headquarters in Peoria, IL.
Position may offer full remote opportunity which will be at discretion of the incumbent's direct report and offered in these locations: Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin
Salary range for this position is $64,843-$$69,596; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Graphic Designer II is responsible for art direction and design execution of strategic marketing and communications initiatives across various digital and traditional channels. Primary areas of execution include advertising and promotion, brand and identity, marketing collateral and digital content. This role applies expertise in design thinking, design systems and refined typography. This role collaborates with other internal creative agency team members such as writers, designers, web developers, photographers, videographers and project managers.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in design, advertising, or a related industry
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related field
Experience: Previous experience in integrated campaigns. Previous experience art directing digital, motion, and photography projects. Previous experience presenting creative concepts to clients or executives.
Other requirements/information: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Established portfolio of design demonstrating expertise in a range of creative mediums.
