Job Responsibilities
As a GP, you will be responsible for leading our family medicine team, providing high-quality patient care, and working in a recently renovated large clinic space. You will have access to X-Ray, Point of Care Lab Testing, and Physical Therapy on site, and the opportunity to teach within the Family Medicine Residency Program.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois and be eligible to obtain and maintain medical staff membership and privileges. You must also be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. This is an equal opportunity employer.
