Expected pay for this position is $34.57 - $40.66/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a hourly position.
Overview
This is a PRN schedule.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Database Administrator & Analyst oversees the ongoing performance optimization, data integrity and security of all OSF HealthCare Foundation's databases, fundraising software, and digital solutions working with internal and external partners for access, use, training, maintenance, and technical implementation supporting all aspects of fundraising for the OSF HealthCare System.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of IT experience or fund development operations OR 4 years IT experience or fund development operations
Licenses/Certifications: Blackbaud Professional Certification within 1 year of hire
Experience: Experience with database maintenance, data management and retrieval.
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Experience with or a capacity to become fluent in SQL, Blackbaud CRM, and other analytical tools.
Knowledge of integrated software and operating systems, programming languages, hardware, project management, and training. Knowledge of general information research techniques, methodology and online resources. Demonstrated competency in using Microsoft Office products: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word Demonstrated competency in problem solving; business intelligence analysis; systems integration and administration; software development, critical thinking skills.
