Expected pay for this position is $33.52 - $39.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The HR Communications and Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting the creation of content and communication initiatives within the HR technology platforms and other media. The Coordinator supports and collaborates with HR Leaders, IT, Payroll, Supply Chain, Marketing and Communications, and other key stakeholders to ensure standardization of content and communication initiatives. Leads internal HR Communications team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Education, Marketing, or Communications

Experience:

2 years of experience in Organizational Development, Project Management, Communications, Human Resources, or similar

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple projects at once.

Must be flexible and adaptable to unexpected changes and able to prioritize work.

Experience and familiarity with HR technology platforms, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow or similar case management and employee experience systems.
