Expected pay for this position is $33.52 - $39.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Compensation Applications Analyst l will develop a foundational understanding of provider compensation methodologies, and the data required to support them. Mission partner will learn the applications used by OSF to administer provider compensation plans and acquire a basic understanding of how to maintain these applications.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, healthcare administration or other closely related field.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- Previous experience working with Microsoft access.
- Previous work-related experience, including data analysis, in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with key OSF applications.
