Expected pay for this position is $20.21 - $23.77/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounts Payable Processing Clerk Level 1 will be responsible for receiving and processing Purchase Order (PO) and non-PO invoices and check requests in electronic systems. They will process new vendor requests; conduct required compliance checks and accurately enter vendor information into electronic systems.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/ GED Experience: 1 year office environment Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Ability to work independently and proactively address issues with limited supervision but seek guidance and offer suggestions on complex issues.
