As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with customers to explain cellular plans, wireless devices, and internet options, guide them through enrollments and activations, and ensure every client receives excellent customer service and sales support. This position offers weekly pay, uncapped commission, and advancement opportunities for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Present wireless plans, cellular devices, and telecommunications solutions to customers
  • Assist clients with service enrollments, account setup, activations, and plan upgrades
  • Provide personalized customer service by identifying needs and recommending solutions
  • Deliver sales presentations that highlight features, benefits, and promotions
  • Track and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales activity, and enrollment updates
  • Collaborate with teammates and management to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales performance targets
  • Stay informed about telecommunications products, wireless technology, and fiber internet promotions
