OSE Surgery Center is currently seeking a Part time Front Desk Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Front Desk Service Specialist and ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Responsibilities:
- Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
- Provide support to customers, handle inquiries and provide resolutions.
- Document all transactions completely in multiple programs & manage financial transactions over the phone.
- Perform data entry associated with the position.
- Responds to inquiries from policy holders, providers and/or others for information and assistance.
- Reassure clients, and quickly process any complaints.
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with patients.
- Schedule appointments in compliance with schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Troubleshooting skills that use all resources trained to resolve customer issues.
- Proven ability in connecting to meeting software Zoom or WebEx
- Utilize Outlook, Excel (view documents), and web-based knowledge tools.
- Must be able to explain complex issues to customers and provide resolutions
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Must be able to work in a call centre environment
Education:
Minimum GED or High School Diploma Required
College Preferred.
