Position Type: Full-Time, 12-Month
Position Shift: Evening Shift 2-10:30pm (Some Weekend Shifts Required)
Hours: 8 Hours per Day
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Full-Time Custodian. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent teamwork, collaboration, written, and oral communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform heavy and light cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.-Lift and move objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
-Conduct miscellaneous custodial duties as assigned.-Carry out outside grounds work as needed.
-Utilize custodial cleaning equipment, including hand scrubbing tools and walk-behind/riding cleaning machines.
-Handle cleaning chemicals, understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and manage dilution rates.
-Perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks (beneficial but not required).
-Operate security and fire alarm systems (beneficial but not required).
Qualifications:
-Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
-Proficient in using email, navigating websites, and filling out online forms.

-Knowledgeable in the use and maintenance of custodial cleaning equipment.
-Understanding of SDS sheets, cleaning chemicals, and proper dilution rates.
-Basic knowledge of minor electrical and plumbing repairs is a plus.
