Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team in Osceola, WI. This is a casual, on-site position. With hours available weekly if wanted. The Laboratory Technician will operate laboratory equipment, conduct diagnostic tests, maintain quality control standards, analyze specimens, and ensure accurate test results. Additional responsibilities include preparing samples, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting laboratory efficiency in delivering timely patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment and strong laboratory skills
- Experience in quality control and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in processing and interpreting test results
- Experience as a Laboratory Technician with knowledge of lab safety guidelines
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a clinical setting
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field required; certification in Medical Laboratory Technology preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and basic computer skills is a plus
