OCHS operates several Community Health Centers throughout Osceola County that are accredited by The Joint Commission for Ambulatory Care and Primary Care Medical Home.
Full Time, Patient Service Representative
Full-time clerical position in clinical site. Performs clinic front desk duties including coordinating patient check ins; verifying patient's eligibility for services and updating patient demographics; check out patients; collect money from patients for services rendered. Reconcile funds collected daily; uses insurance portals.
Uses office equipment such as telephone, computer, scanner, fax machine, and copy machine.
If bi-lingual may be required to provide interpreter services to clients as needed.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
* Bilingual preferred
* Microsoft Office knowledge
* One (1) Customer Service experience
* One (1) medical environment, preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
