Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, Osceola Capital is a lower-middle market private equity firm that partners with high-quality businesses in fragmented services industries and supports their growth into scaled institutional-grade platforms. Osceola has over $200M in AUM, including a $125M 2020-vintage Fund I and is currently investing out of Fund II. Osceola seeks to achieve value creation for management teams, business partners, and investors while adhering unswervingly to our values, philosophies, and process. Target investment criteria include majority equity positions in businesses with between $2 million and $10M of EBITDA or revenue between $5 million and $75 million. Our industry verticals include professional services, facility services and healthcare services.

Position Overview:
As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a critical role in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution, and portfolio management. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and leadership teams across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial, operational, and market due diligence on potential investment targets.
- Build detailed financial models, including LBO and sensitivity analyses.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
- Support portfolio companies in strategic initiatives, financial performance tracking, and board-level reporting.
- Monitor industry trends and maintain relationships with investment banks, intermediaries, and advisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MSF, MAcc or MBA is a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute meaningfully to investment outcomes.
