Senior Software Engineer

We're partnering with a fast-growing enterprise AI startup optimizing advanced manufacturing and hardware systems. Fresh off a new round of funding, they're expanding their engineering team to build out the next phase of their technology.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be taking complex AI and scientific requirements and turning them into reliable, production-ready software. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll work closely with key technical stakeholders and founders to tackle core engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable Python code for production applications.
- Translate advanced AI and scientific models into robust software systems.
- Ensure strong system execution, stability, and high performance.
- Collaborate directly with the engineering and founding team to hit major product milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering from a top-tier university.
- 2 years of hands-on Python engineering experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Proven track record of turning complex logic into reliable, production-grade systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability and clear technical communication skills.
- Background in AI platforms, digital twins, or hardware/advanced manufacturing technology is a plus.
- Open to candidates requiring work authorization or visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT, Green Card, US Citizen).
