- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required
- 10-15 years of experience, with a strong focus on healthcare design
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of technical design and contract documentation
- High emotional intelligence; able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients
