What You'll Bring

• Strong estimating background in underground utilities (water, sewer, storm systems, duct bank, etc.)

• Proven ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines

• Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specs, and bid documents

• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel

• Clear communication and the ability to work cross-functionally with field and office teams

• Prior experience mentoring junior estimators or leading estimating processes is a bonus
