Principal Objective of Position:
The Night Shift Supervisor oversees the workflow in their department. They are responsible for coaching, resolving issues, and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management. Bi-Lingual - Spanish/English - Required
Essential Functions:

- Communicate vital information in front of large groups
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in way that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Ensure 5S standards are established and being followed
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Keep all employees safe and trained to be compliant with safety procedures
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Give input on rewards and promotions based on performance
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Other Responsibilities:
- Work towards continuous improvement through lean practices
- Hire and train new employees
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in business administration, management or related fields, preferred
- Three or more years of supervision or leadership experience
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Must be able to work night shift
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

This position is typically located in a warehouse setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
