Position Overview:
The role requires a Senior Developer who has built solutions on the ServiceNow platform for multiple years (5 ), with deep familiarity across its scripting, design, and configuration layers.
You should be comfortable working with a wide range of platform scripts - from UI policies and ACLs to client scripts, UI actions, business rules, and custom UI pages or portal components.
A strong grasp of JavaScript fundamentals, supported by working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AJAX, is important for customizing experiences and extending platform functionality.
Experience working with ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer, including creation, optimisation, and maintenance of automated processes, is key to success in this position.
Candidates with exposure to modules like ITSM, CMDB, SOM, CSM, FSM, PPM, or the AppDev Engine will be at an advantage, especially if they've delivered cross-module implementations.
