SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER/AUSTIN,TEXAS
Experience: 5 years
Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate is strong with JavaScript/TypeScript, modern backend and frontend development, and deploying services in Kubernetes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop backend services with Node.js
- Build frontend features with React
- Work with PostgreSQL databases
- Deploy and manage workloads in Kubernetes
- Collaborate with the engineering team on architecture and best practices
Requirements:
- 5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong Node.js & React skills
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Financial services background
- Experience with microservices or cloud platforms
