The Producer Mentorship Program is designed to provide aspiring insurance producers with the tools, knowledge, and guidance needed to succeed in the insurance industry. As part of the program, mentees will be paired with experienced professionals who will offer mentorship, training, and support as they develop essential skills in sales, customer service, and policy management. This program offers a hands-on learning experience to build a solid foundation for a successful career as an insurance producer.

Responsibilities
- Receive one-on-one coaching from an experienced insurance producer to learn industry best practices, sales techniques, and customer service strategies.
- Participate in structured training sessions on various aspects of the insurance business, including policy types (auto, home, life, commercial), underwriting processes, and client needs assessment.
- Learn how to identify leads, develop a sales pipeline, and close new business. Observe and participate in client meetings and consultations to understand the sales process.
- Assist in managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and helping them with policy renewals, adjustments, and claims processes under the guidance of a mentor.
- Set performance goals in collaboration with your mentor and receive regular feedback to track progress and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments within the agency, such as claims or underwriting, to understand how all facets of the business work together to serve clients.
